William M. Hay lived around 1820 to 1900. The English painter William M. Hay painted portraits, genre scenes and religious motifs. His portraits, executed mainly in oil, features particularly depictions of women. Between 1852 and 1881, he exhibited his works in London, including the prestigious Royal Academy.
