Grand scale and exquisitely painted study of an arrangement of flowers placed within a gilt urn in an architectural garden. The finishing, soft use of light and detail throughout is exceptional and produced by a major hand from the period with influences of Neo-classical realism from the French School. Good condition but would be further enhanced with a clean. Gilt frame.
