Excellent quality and condition study of the gentleman inscribed "In Prudentia Et Simplicitica" represented by the snake and the dove and also inscribed "Math Versatto" upper left. To the top right is indistinct gold font that may name the sitter. It would clear with a light clean. Presented in an antique gilt frame.
